At TDC - The Designers Closet, every piece is created and dispatched with utmost care and quality checks. Therefore, all sales are final.

We do not offer returns, exchanges, refunds, or order cancellations once an order has been placed and confirmed.

❌ Order Cancellation

Orders cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded after placing the order.

Please ensure all details including size, shipping address, and contact information are correct before checkout.

❌ Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Wrong size ordered

  • Change of mind

  • Colour difference due to screen resolution

  • Fashion preference issues

  • International customs delays or duties

  • Incorrect address provided by customer

  • Delays by courier service

✅ Damaged / Incorrect Item Policy

All items are thoroughly checked before dispatch.

In the rare event that you receive a damaged or wrong product, you must:

✔ Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
✔ Provide a 360° continuous unboxing video
✔ Share clear images of the product and packaging

If proof is not provided, the claim will be rejected.

We reserve the right to approve or deny any claim after review.

🚚 International Shipping Policy

  • International orders are non-refundable and non-returnable.

  • TDC is not responsible for:

    • Customs delays

    • Import duties or taxes

    • Shipment holds by authorities

    • Delivery delays

Customers are fully responsible for understanding their country’s import rules.
